  Overall, 5 stars Making an appointment was easy and all of my questions were answered promptly. Showed up for my appointment and the facility was clean and well put together. The waiting lounge was nicer than expected with a good snack and drink selection, WiFi, along with a TV and charging cords to keep you occupied however you desire. Staff were courteous and polite. Service was done quickly and professionally. I only have one small complaint that likely wouldn’t matter to anyone but me. When scheduling the appointment, I had asked about OE and aftermarket glass options. I settled on aftermarket because I was told it was a specific brand in which I preferred (the same brand that makes my OE glass) and it was about half the price. After paying, I got out to my car only to see that it was another aftermarket brand of glass in which I didn’t prefer. I chose not to say anything only because it’s not the end of the world and I understand it was likely a distributor issue, not an ordering issue. I have reason to believe if I were to say anything, they likely would have offered a solution to make things right. Only reason I’m bringing it up here is in case there’s anyone as picky as I am, plus the review is still 5/5 stars anyway so it doesn’t negatively impact the business. Overall, I do recommend. Time will tell how the glass/install holds up but I have no reason to believe I’ll have any issues. If I do, I will update this review. If there is no update, assume there have been no issues whatsoever.

  Got the windshield on my 2012 Mercedes ML350 replaced from Glenn's a month ago, and they did an amazing job! Windshield replaced and programming was also done! High quality work, extremely good pricing! He also put back my dash cam and phone holder exactly where they were! 10/10 would recommend this place, and probably the only place I will go to in the future for my glass repair needs, especially having some bad experiences from other shops.

  I had Glenns come to my house to replace my windshield after another company said I had to come to there shop the morning of my appointment. I called Glenns he had Justin his technician come and replace my windshield. Justin did a great job was professional and super fast. I would highly recommend Glenn's for all Auto Glass repairs. Also was half the price of the other shop.

  Working with Glenn’s auto glass was a breeze! He was very thorough and professional. He put all of my concerns at ease. Service was quick and everything looked amazing when they were done. I highly recommend them for your windshield repairs, replacements and recalibrations!

  Glenn’s did a fantastic job and made the process quick and easy! I’ve never had to have my windshield replaced so I was dreading it. I called, looked online, and jumped through hoops for estimates. My phone is still getting spam texts. I called Glenn’s was quoted $50-$100 less than everywhere else and was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. The technician called shortly before arriving to figure out where I was located, arrived quickly, and got straight to work. All done in 30 min. Then he drove up to the door of my office so I wouldn’t have to trek across a parking lot. Payment was quick, easy, and transparent. Estimate outlined everything and was right on the nose. Kind and professional across the board.
