  My experience with this location has been negative both times that I rented from them.the first time that I rented a car from them I just overlooked the obvious judgment. but the second time which was 2 days ago,my first time suspicions were confirmed when I interacted with the representatives the second time,when she was about to hand me the keys to the rental ,and you know how they review the details of the rental, now keep in mind I paid for the rental online before I entered the office, so now she threatened to not approve the rental unless I purchase their insurance, which I did because renting this car at this time was more urgently important than arguing over $30 insurance coverage, also when I brought the car back 1 hour early I wasn't given prorated credit for that and the whole entire interaction with that enterprise location has left a bitter taste in my mouth, amongst other thoughts.

  I made a reservation a few weeks in advance, my car was pulled up and ready for my scheduled arrival and I was able to leave within 15 mins of arriving at the location. The car was dirty, I think there was an oversight when it came to cleaning the interior due to their high volume. But Callie was able to accommodate me and addressed my concern. She is the best! If/when I come back to Omaha, I would feel comfortable coming back to this Enterprise.

  Everyone at the Downtown OMAHA enterprise location was great. From the two people at the desk that I encountered over extending the vehicle, to the gentleman who prepared and inspected the vehicle before tying it over to me, to the phone Call dealing with extending or the bumper-to-bumper, or whatever it was. Everyone was great. I would definitely use this enterprise location for my business as well.

  Eli, At The Downtown Location Was AMAZING!!! That Man Truely Knows His Stuff! We Normally Go To Avis But Was In A Hurry & Yal Had The Better Deal. With That Kind Of Service & Deals We Will Definitely Do More Business With Enterprise. If Eli Is The Standard Of Yal Customer Service, You Will Truely Be Unmatched!
