  I would highly recommend Enterprise and Julian at 132nd and Dodge location exceeded my expectations in customer service and satisfaction. The process was seamless and fast they were very accommodating

  This is the only rental place I will use! The BEST staff and a great selection of vehicles! Every team member in this office goes above and beyond - even if it's just a quick chat, joke or being empathetic to the situation. The customer service, friendliness and experience truly can't be matched - especially here in Omaha. Other rental companies and even other local Enterprise offices (looking at you 90th) are in a rough location/parking lot, lack variety of cars and not all the staff is as dedicated as the 110th and Dodge branch. I will say the managers at this location and 90th are excellent. But I definitely favor Austin and crew. I've used this location for both work and personal use for 10+ years and have never been disappointed. If you're reading this - just book here 100%

  I rented a car from them for about two to three weeks. It was near new, in good repair and immaculately clean. But even better was the people I dealt with, all top notch.

  Let me start with what I don't like about Enterprise, you can never contact your local branch by phone. It is so frustrating to need help and have to be sent to some call center that neither knows your situation or how best to help you. It is totally frustrating, and if it wasn't for the service I received from the people in Omaha I would not be as positive as I am now. You really need to fix it. Every time I try to call the branch I get a different person from who knows where in the world. Come on Enterprise, figure that out. The thing I liked most about renting from Enterprise, and I believe that this is specifically at this branch, was the customer service and the people we worked with. I especially want to highlight the service of Julian Makhla at the West Dodge Branch in Omaha, NE. I mentioned that we could never reach the branch and he offered his personal cell phone in case we had issues, and we did, more than one. The first time we called Julian for help it was on his day off, but he was so gracious and helpful and fixed us up right away. The next time our vehicle needed an oil change, and again we called Julian on his cell phone and he found us a Jiffy Lube in Texas that was close to our stay and could easily perform the work for us. Austin Stonechipher was another Enterprise employee that was always very helpful. To be honest though, all of the employees at that branch were great to work with and I will definitely go back to them. They deserve an award!
