He said my oil filter wasn’t screwed on and he had to turn it completely twice. Oil was all over. I am a single mom with a tough budget to get by with. I spent $80 to get my oil changed and left with it leaking all over.
- RMRonnie MartinezMar 6, 20261.0Ignorant, immature staff, took my truck in for an oil change before my trip home, employees purposely put oil in my transmission. Drained my differentials out put oil in my radiator system only to drive 300 miles out of town. My truck is toast managers covering for employees. While the manager laughing in the background. I highly recommend not taking your vehicle to this location. Ase certified mechanic confirms oil in cooling system, Transmission, and no gear oil in differentials.DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!!

Valvoline repaired the cap and changed the oil, and they did it so quickly that I didn't even have time to check the news on my Instagram. Everything is great, thank you guys. And by the way, the prices are really, really good. I thought I was in for an expensive repair, but they only charged me $42. That's amazing. Thank you!

At least 5 more customers arrived while I was there and a couple more stopped in just for questions. The staff was very polite and did a great job but they were very obviously understaffed. It was well after lunch time and I heard one of them mention how hungry he was and another one say something about not even having time for them to get a break. They were very apologetic for the wait time and truly excelled at trying to make the best of a tough situation but they were drowning. Thank you to all 3 employees that were so committed to serving their customers this day. Hopefully they will be given better support in the future or offered an increase in salary for doing the work of several employees.
