  Después de cambiar el aceite lo chequie y estaba bastante sucio, era aceite reutilizado, no era aceite nuevo. Pague por un nuevo cambio de aceite en otro lugar y hasta que me mostró el envase a utilizar, por favor desconfíen de este sitio.

  Went there yesterday to have service done on my truck! When I was finally guided in the bay after waiting forever I saw employees and managers just lagging around and not working and were on their phone and not wearing the proper equipment required to have on in the bay! There were employees who reeked of cigarette smoke and employees and managers like a manager named Scott their who smelled and reeked like weed!! I heard employees and managers with the names Scott, Mike and John talking about other staff and other customers in a very unprofessional manner! The service from those three individuals suck and they don’t know how to sell! The store is very unclean and the staff is not friendly! On top of when I would come to this location to get service which is right when they are supposed to open I’m always waiting on them to open because whoever is supposed to be there to open the store on time is ALWAYS late! I’ve also been told by staff members at this store that people who are scheduled to stay their entire shift the day they work they don’t work the scheduled hours and leave early! I was their awhile back when the manager Scott did service on my truck and he left for the day without finishing the oil change on my truck! So he had someone else do it that was very slow and didn’t do it correctly,his name was Mike! So when Scott had Mike do an oil change on my truck he put the wrong oil in and didn’t have the oil cap sealed on correctly,so when I preceded to drive off,minutes later I lost all oil and was broken down on the road because the employees Mike and Scott screwed up my truck! When showing up yesterday for service the employee named John kept looking at my truck and never preceded to guid me in because he was too busy on his phone fooling around not doing his job!! The individuals working here take way too long doing service on vehicles! Ridiculous!!!! Whoever the owner is that decided this was a good team to have work at this store is a joke! Poor service and bad rep from these individuals mentioned, so don’t get your service done here or by these individuals mentioned! I will be going to a better location with people who are going to give me the proper care for my truck with better sales experience! Store sucks!!!!

  This is the third different location Valvoline instant oil change I’ve gone to, and they all have either failed to tighten the oil filter enough or the drain plug. Either they have a procedural issue or hire only mechanics with some soft hands. Those three instances have only been my personal vehicles. I had a drain plug completely come out on a government fleet vehicle and blew the engine before as well. I would never use these again. I’ve given enough chances at different locations for the same results.

  I took off of work today to get my oil changed at Valvoline on 132 in Maple. The line was so long cars were not moving. I sat in Line for over an hour and a half the car in front of me never moved. I then decided to try my luck actually, the location off of 108 thank you, Where my experience was totally different. The manager Chris acknowledged my frustration from the previous location, gave me a discount on a cooling flush/oil change, I was in and out in 20 minutes.
