- KHKris HFeb 17, 20262.0I went to get just a one-time car wash and was offered a free month if I signed up for a full month. One selling point they proffered was I could wash another car once per month. Sounded worthwhile since I would have to switch cars for a few days the following week. After a couple washes with my regular car, I opted to wash another car I had to use. When I noticed trouble on the app switching back, I called. I was told I could not switch back on the same day, that I would have to wait a day. A few days later I still could not switch back. Finally I went to the car wash to inquire where they changed tune and said that once you switch, you were stuck with that switch for a month. Communication is important to me as my purchase was based on the information I received at the start. This business let me down on that and I ended up paying for services I’m not going to receive.
