  I always have a great experience at Tommy’s Express at 180th & Dodge, and a big reason why is the outstanding team there. Lisa and Caden are incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional every time I visit. They go out of their way to make sure everything runs smoothly and that customers have a great experience from start to finish. It’s clear they take pride in what they do — whether it’s answering questions, helping with my membership, or making sure the wash process goes seamlessly. Customer service like this makes a quick car wash feel like a genuinely great stop in the day. Huge thanks to Lisa and Caden for making this Tommy’s Express location such a standout!

  I’m active duty and a subscribed member and was going to stop by today to wash my car off 180th and Dodge Expressway but noticed their flag wasn’t at half-mast when every other single dealership surrounding them was in respect to my recent fallen Army brothers and sister in Iran’s recent attack. How tone deaf can you be when you see every single business around you paying their respects and you’re not? Needless to say, I skipped out and will be canceling my membership.

  Great experience at Tommy’s Express Car Wash! Everything was super clean, fast, and really well organized! Will deserves recognition for being so kind and helpful! He had such a positive attitude and made the whole experience better! You can tell he truly cares about customers! I’ll definitely be coming back!!
