- JJJaneNov 13, 20251.0Tommy's Express Car Wash on Burt Street is the worst of all the Tommy's locations in Omaha. My car is often still dirty after the wash and has soapy spots or residue. Very often, when I arrive, it's closed for maintenance, and I have to either wait a long time or go somewhere else. I also think it's a good idea to introduce a separate line for all these dirty trucks. Frankly, when I enter and see a truck going right before me, I exit the wash. It's ridiculous to put my Lexus right after some huge Dodge truck that's covered in dirt has just been washed.

They said they reviewed the tapes and all the damage was there already before we went through the wash. It most definitely wasn’t. I was tired of our vehicles getting beat up so I switched to rocket. Haven’t had any problems since.
