- TGTracy GenoreDec 12, 20251.0CAUTION signing up for gift cards. I purchased 12 months worth of gift cards for their Black Friday buy 2 get 1 free special and asked for the Works wash. Come to find that they ran out of Works gift cards and sold me the Basic Quality wash. I did not discover this until I asked why it wasn’t doing my wheels. Long story short, nobody including the that wouldn’t even come to the window knew what to do, so the told me to call guest services. Called into guest services and she was able to pull up the transaction and see what I purchased, but could not make a change to it, nor will they offer refunds on gift cards. Pretty crappy service, but they don’t care.
