Everything was good until she requested my number and I asked if that is necessary to get a quote. I was advised if I don't want to give my number I can go to the website. My windscreen had just been damaged, I'm in the middle of rush hour and that's her response. I called omaha glass company who gave me a quote and set up an appointment and then requested a number they can reach me at which I was more than happy to provide. I don't understand how I can have a safe lite agent on the phone but they won't help unless I provide a number.
