- CHC HartzellOct 29, 20251.0Once again your employee Stacy didn't want to take the time with me when I had different things going on being a sandwich from the kitchen and I can not help your paper didn't print out and when I went to have her scan my app coupon she wants to have an attitude with me because I didn't specify what I was doing then another coupon for discounted soft drink and by this time I could tell she was irritated with me in causing her to form a line. If you dont want customers to take advantage of your coupons and as well pay with the app then dont offer it or else have Stacy to have patience with me while I get to the different things. I was going to do my lottery there in which she knew but she was in a big hurry to help others needless to say I just picked up my lottery and will do elsewhere. Obviously it didn't bother Stacy she just continued on with others and the hell with me. Bad customer service. Stacy won't be helping me no more you can count on that.

Friendly staff, well stocked shelves etc. I have, however, had issues a few times now with the taquitos on the rollers being put into the wrong spots. I get off work at bar hours, and expect to have cheese taquitos for a late night dinner and wind up with some oddly flavored steak or chicken taquitos. Which I cannot eat. Sooooo bummer there. But otherwise, good QT location.

I asked her if they had ran out of a soda, and she said “well you just tried it didn’t you? what do you think?” I have never encountered such snark before in a professional setting. The bald headed guy was no better. I told him about it and he kinda laughed and said well what do you want me to do about it? i assume hes a manager. someone needs to tell that old lady you catch more flies with honey
