- IHIguana HOct 16, 20251.0Qt is starting to slip. Stopped in to get some items off the roller grill & when I picked up the chicken it was Luke warm. I wanted something hot and figured it would be rude to grab items off the grill and throw them away i wanted to let someone know. Especially for YOUR inventory purposes . I told the older lady with bangs that they were warm but not hot . She grabbed the items and said yeah there up to temp? How would she know? She didn't even grab a probe thermometer. Were they temped before the cooking sign was removed? Instead of saying " well can I throw them in the oven , how we can make this right ?" She wants to argue that they were up to temperature and try to make me feel small infront of a group of people. Im not stupid . I am a general manager for a competitor gas station and I know for sure that those items were not at 165 internal temp. Im not arguing with another grown adult over a roller grill buffalo chicken bite. Ill just go somewhere else with a full and HOT roller grill .
