The service and attitude were both great, and they were very honest and open and their pricing/estimates. Incredibly helpful overall, and I would definitely take my car here again! Not to mention the shop itself is very clean and well kept. Thank you so much!

Cassie was patient with me and worked around my busy schedule and Alex the mechanic explained everything visually before he did the job. Took about an hour and it sounds great.

After doing some research online for a reputable repair shop, I came across Mad Hatter Auto Repair. After looking through their reviews, we decided to go ahead and use their services. I informed them of the issues we had been having. They suggested that they do a full body test on our vehicle. Within a couple hours Mike sent me over the very detailed results including pictures via text. Mike told me what would be most important to fix and what could be repaired/replaced at another time. After giving them the go ahead, they fixed all the important issues we'd been dealing with. Our vehicle runs great! We will definitely be using Mad Hatter in future when car problems arise. In 2026, Customer Service is almost nonexistent. Mike and the rest of the crew are top notch and professional. Thank you Mike and the Mad Hatter crew!
