A person that I assume was a manager told me they stopped doing those services at 4:30 which makes no sense! It’s a quick 10 minute inspection or less. I asked if there was any way that he could make an exception and do it since I get off from work late. Apparently, customer service is not a priority because he said No. to my surprise, there was four guys in uniform sitting in the back of the building smoking. I guess they can do that instead of doing business.

- CTCheryl ThomeSep 9, 20251.0I brought my vehicle to Jiffy Lube location 3715 N 147th Street. I left my car with the technicians for 45 minutes to have an oil change. I needed to run errands so left with my daughter. I returned 45 minutes later and my vehicle was parked against the building so my passenger side was not visible as I entered my car. I went home which is miles 5 away without incident . I got out and saw red paint and damage on the passenger side. I returned and showed the damage to Jiffy Lube. I contacted the police and was able to get an informational report. Which reported it was paint chips were flaking off the car. Jiffy Lube has a number of red polls which was where the damage was done for sure. No one on site took ownership. I went through the process of starting a claim with their “3rd party evaluators”. It was determined that the surveillance was not able to see when the damage was done. Since I left premises, they are not taking ownership. So I basically paid Jiffy Lube to ruin my car, waste my time, and ultimately have no faith in their 3 rd Party non bias evaluators. My advice is not to use Jiffy Lube and if you have to make sure you look over your car before leaving the property. It’s just disappointing people can’t be honest and give an honest service anymore.
