My step dad was told his appt was today, he had the email for proof and the guy on the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional. When we asked why we weren’t told the equipment wouldn’t be at the business we were going through, he clearly got upset and began talking over us and saying he was not going to argue with us. Terrible customer service.
