One guy was cleaning the windows and made a smiley face for my son, the other was playing peek a boo with him. Probably the most humble experience I've had. Cadence was fabulous also!

I brought my 2024 Toyota Camry in for a simple transmission fluid change. Instead, the technicians — who appeared to be very young and inexperienced — ended up damaging my transmission. Toyota later inspected my vehicle and confirmed that the transmission was severely damaged due to improper service performed by Grease Monkey. After this, Grease Monkey admitted fault, but their solution made the situation even worse: they installed a used transmission in my 2024 Camry. This instantly reduced the value of my car, which was practically new. Since they replaced the transmission, my car now makes a clicking noise when braking and accelerating, and Grease Monkey has refused to take further responsibility or properly fix the issues they caused. Their lack of professionalism and accountability has created a terrible and stressful experience for me. I strongly do NOT recommend this location or their services. Their negligence caused major damage to my car, lowered its value, and left me with ongoing mechanical problems. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.

The pricing was competitive and the work was done efficiently. Grease Monkey analyzes my car issues the same way I do so it is easy to trust their process! I need decent but not pricey parts repair, my car has a lowish resale value but it drives like a dream and I'm hoping for another 40 to 50K. The N 90th St. shop Impressed me by replacing a tire I recently bought that couldn't be adequately plugged. I paid a modest tire fee for the tire itself but the work was free and I was supplied with a battery that came in under estimate. This shop treats its customers like family, which is a big reason they have loyal customers going back 15-20 years.

Ate my lunch in the truck while my oil was quickly changed, windows cleaned, tires aired. I knew all was well for my road trip the next day! Great deal for the price! Manager Keith is the bomb!
