I traded in my pickup for a used Acadia I found online from Gorges Volvo and drove from 3 hours away to take a look. And, thanks to my salesman, Mike Percival, I was not disappointed. This was the first vehicle purchase I have made on my own since my husband passed away. And needless to say, I was apprehensive about going through with this on my own. But Mike was very helpful and understanding and was there to help me every step of the way. I highly recommend Gorges. Even if you have to drive three hours to get there!

After 30 years of buying cars, I can honestly say that Michael Dillion at Gorges Volvo Omaha is the best salesperson I have ever worked with. Michael made us feel comfortable. He was honest, genuine, and very down to earth—more like talking with a friend than a salesperson. He also had a great sense of humor and clearly knew his stuff, with answers to every question we had. He went above and beyond to help us find available rebates and savings, which made a meaningful difference in the final cost. That level of effort did not go unnoticed. One of my favorite parts of the experience was when he walked me through all the features of my new car. He took the time to teach us how to use all the “cool gadgets,” which made me feel confident and excited about my purchase. At no point did Michael come across as pushy or “salesy.” He genuinely felt like someone who wanted to help rather than just make a sale. And when we ran into a minor issue after the purchase, he handled it quickly and professionally without hesitation. He truly made this car-buying experience enjoyable—something I don’t say lightly. I would highly recommend Michael Dillion to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience.

Gunnar did a nice job introducing us to our new V90 and showing us all of the features. This was an out of state purchase, but Gunnar was very responsive and made the process seamless. The sales process was also very transparent with no surprises. Highly recommend Gunnar and Gorges Volvo.

We went to Gorges to see what was available and were greeted by Dustin. He took the time to bring around several vehicles and explain the differences between the different model types and the features they included. No pressure, just knowledgeable conversation. We were very impressed with the vehicles and decided it was the one for us! Hands down the easiest car purchase we have ever made. From the salesperson (Dustin) through finance (Gunner), we were impressed. A car is a big purchase and can be stressful, but there was no stress here at all. Thank you for a great experience and a great car!

They were professional to deal with; however, the 2020 Kia Telluride we purchased unfortunately had significant issues. Within a week and less than 200 miles of driving, the check engine light came on. After diagnosis, the error code indicated a problem with the torque converter. We ended up spending over $2,000 to repair the issue. Since the dealership primarily sells Volvo vehicles, it is possible this car came in as a trade-in. Regardless, it was disappointing to encounter such a major mechanical problem so soon after purchase. Seemed like they genuinely hid this.
