- TLTerry LymanJan 1, 20265.02916 s60 t5 premier, 30k miles. Low battery warning. New starting battery, auxiliary battery, reset Battery Monitoring Sensor several times. No fix. So first time visiting the Volvo dealership. Used website to schedule 915 drop off. Kevin listened to our back story and gave us a plan. Were not able to pick up until 530. Kevin said it had been one of those days so not holding that against anyone. Kevin said they used volvo proprietary tech to reset the system, clear out some trouble codes, and that all other variables had checked out fine. Then he listened to and answered several other questions we had about the car. AND we weren't charged anything for the time or the BMS reset. So I feel like all things considered, this was a best case outcome! Here is hoping that the problem has been sorted!

Tim was very professional, knowledgeable about the model we were interested in, and guided us through the purchase very effectively. Joel Palmquist in Finance was helpful as well, explaining various warranty and service options and was not aggressive in attempting to encourage us to purchase. Finally, Michael who is the dealership’s vehicle set up specialist spent considerable time demonstrating the features of the vehicle and getting the app set up on our phones. The vehicle had an issue due to a faulty connection that required returning it to the dealership. We were provided a loaner and Tim brought our car to our home, a half hour away, the next dat. All in all our experience with Gorges Volvo and staff has been excellent. We would recommend them without hesitation.
