  I came in over the holidays with my front right bumper ripped off and a massive sheet of scratches on the right side of my car. With the damages, I wasn't expecting to walk out of any repair shop happy with the results, but I'm totally blown away. My car looks brand new, and I'm especially impressed with how seamless the paint job is. I don't know what magic they used to fix my car, but they did an excellent job and they did it quickly - in my case, it only took about 10 days to pick up my car despite dropping it off right before Christmas. I worked with Rosie, Vanessa, and Chris, and all three of them are truly exceptional. Everyone was super friendly and willing to take the extra time to answer my questions. I actually found myself looking forward to dropping in and seeing everyone when I picked my car up! Overall, I'm beyond satisfied with the repairs and the customer service experience. Obviously I'm not eager to get into another accident, but I'm relieved I'll have the team at Gerber Collision & Glass to turn to if I run into any issues in the future. If y'all read this, thanks for making a period of extreme stress way more bearable than it might have been elsewhere - I'm sincerely grateful!
