The manager, Austin, is easy to work with, understanding, and truly cares about each and every customer's experience. He greets every customer with a smile and goes out of his way to ask how your day is going. All the employees make the entire rental experience as stress free as possible. They make check out easy and simple by coming to you in the lot with their little tablets. In addition, they are lightening fast at bringing your rental to the door for you. This location offers a wide range of makes and models that are clean and fueled. Moreover, they know things like flat tires will happen. It just so happens I got a flat tire. It was during the evening when the lot was closed. I called them the next morning to ask what they would like me to do? The woman that answered the phone asked me if I could bring it in and swap it out with another car. They had a car ready and waiting for me when I got there. One of the employees even helped me move my stuff to the new rental!!! Now that is customer service at its finest!!!!
