Exceeded my expectations! I was worried that I'd have to wait since my flight to MOB landed early.... but my car was ready to go. Check in was a breeze and I was out the door in less than 5 minutes flat. Car was perfect. This was fantastic! Thank you Enterprise!! I'd previously rented with another carrier at the MOB Airport and myself & 2 others had to sit and wait for over an hour as the cars we reserved "weren't there yet..." Pick Enterprise

I booked an SUV with Enterprise at Eppley Airfield, Omaha, and received a confirmation link and the ability to check in after my flight had landed. However, upon arrival in the rental area, I was told that there were no vehicles available, despite the online booking showing that an SUV was available. They claimed they had tried to reach me, even though they knew that I was in flight and unreachable. I did not receive either a text message or an email. No manager was available to escalate the issue, and their customer service department has not responded to my attempts to contact them. This experience was unacceptable and left me stranded with no reliable solution or acknowledgment of the booking failure. Enterprise is extremely unreliable with personnel that seem to override the system. I was assured by Enterprise that the local manager would reach out to me. However, to date no one has given me any explanation or expressed any remorse for why my booking was cancelled at the last minute.

No surprises? Why make a reservation? I rent from Enterprise, fairly often. I made a reservation 2 weeks in advance for a premium SUV, an Audi 5 or similar. I've driver the BMW x7 a few times, the sports cars and regular SUV' and cars. I wanted a premium SUV for a 2000 mile road trip. Luxury, comfort and gas milage. I ended up being offered a Jeep, an explorer or a 4 wheel drive Suburban. I took the suburban. I needed the space for my gear and I am 6'4" tall. It road like a tank, chugging along at 16 mpg. It got the job done but I was worn out when I arrived and returned from a 12 hour drive, each way. This is probably the 3rd time they have not had the class I requested and was confirmed. First come first served. They didn't even have a nice car I could have crammed my stuff into. Luckily I called 2 different agents in customer service toake sure I could take a Beamer or Audi into Canada. The first agent said ask the manager at the location. There is never anyone at the counter. They said ask the guy in the garage. He was clueless. The second rep, I asked. Checked my reservation number and assured me it was fine. I've taken vehicles into Canada before. So I ended up spending double on gas, was not comfortable and couldn't wait around to see if one would come in or if they had one in the lot somewhere. I was loading up and leaving. There are deer and moose at night where I was going. I've had okay luck at other locations but they don't usually get the premium SUV's or sports cars. The web site says, No Surprises.... I was surprised that the reservation, from a member, made well in advance, was treated just like any other walk in customer. First come, first served. It got the job done but not what I expected or was promised. It makes me question if I should go back to the other company I used recularly, before Enterprise/ National. Fast service in and out. Friendly, not very knowledgeable. Clean cars. Not the service I expected from a company that claims great service. Edit: upon check in, I was offered a discount. It covered about 400 miles, at the price of gas. I added a star. My partially disabled body is still beat up from the ride. The discount helps the value for the cost. The woman who checkrd me in, renewed my faith in service. I'm tired from the 13 hours of driving today.

Horrible airport (new) management customer service - manager Steven was the icing on the cake of the smoke smelling vehicle that wasn’t even clean when we arrived. If we weren’t already short time, this would’ve been addressed another way! #neveragain

Avis Saved the Day — Here’s Why They’ve Earned Our Loyalty... When your kid’s car won’t start and he’s on the way home after volunteering at a community event, the last thing you want is chaos. But that’s exactly what happened this past weekend — until Avis Rent-A-Car stepped in. Our son’s car broke down just hours before he needed to return to Lincoln. It was Saturday night, so the only rental car place open was at the airport. He made a reservation for a rental car with Enterprise Rent-A-Car while driving to the airport. When he arrived at the counter — reservation confirmation in hand — they flat-out refused to give him a car. Even though he could see a fleet of available Enterprise vehicles in the garage, they told him they weren’t processing rentals that night. No help. No options. No problem-solving. But then, he walked over to the Avis counter — and everything changed. Within 20 minutes, a courteous and capable Avis rep had him signed up, keys in hand, and even gave him a rental upgrade to make up for the inconvenience he’d experienced next door. Avis didn’t just give him a car. They gave us peace of mind and a master class in how customer service should be done. Thank you, Avis. You turned a frustrating night into a win for our family. You’ve earned our business and we appreciate it. Enterprise - PLEASE GET IT TOGETHER!!! #CustomerServiceMatters #AvisWins #RentWithAvis #PeopleOverPolicies
