  We have ALWAYS rented from enterprise and never even compared rates but you RUINED our trip and now we are pissed!!! 😡 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡We planned ahead. We booked ahead. We had a booking confirmation. We called ahead and they still ruined our trip to Omaha. It’s impossible to speak with somebody at this location. We called corporate and they told us someone from enterprise on Abbot would call us right back they never did. There’s nowhere to park a semi truck at the airport and we were told there was a lane we could pull in long enough to run in and rent a vehicle. They lied and they RUINED OUR TRIP. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION THEY WILL LIE TO YOU AND HAVE YOU IN A CRAPPY SITUATION. I WILL NEVER EVER EVER use ENTERPRISE AGAIN AT ANY LOCATION AND WE TRAVEL THE US SEVEN DAYS A WEEK AND ARE FREQUENTLY RENTING VEHICLES. THANKS TO THIS LOCATION ENTERPRISE WILL NOT GET ANOTHER DIME FROM US. !! GO TO BUDGET CAR RENTAL · 11625 W Dodge Rd. THEY DON’T LIE!!! Seems like it’s a trend that this enterprise on abbot is INCOMPETENT AND UNTRUSTWORTHY BECAUSE APPARENTLY THIS HAS HAPPENED TO SEVERAL OTHERS PLEASE TAKE HEED TO THE REVIEWS AND DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION.

  Here’s a polished five-star Google review you can post: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an outstanding experience with Mr. Steven at Enterprise Car Rental at the Omaha Airport on February 3rd! He helped my husband and me rent a beautiful luxury-tier BMW X7, and the entire process was seamless. Steven was professional, pleasant, and incredibly helpful. He truly made our rental experience a wonderful one. We would also like to thank Mr. Rami, who assisted us earlier that day and in the past and was equally wonderful—super friendly, welcoming, and happy to assist. Both Steven and Rami provided exceptional customer service and made us feel valued as customers. Thank you for employing such amazing staff. We look forward to renting our next vehicle from Steven and Rami again. Highly recommend!

  We rented a vehicle through Costco travel and decided Enterprise as they had the best rates for an SUV at the beginning of December. The check in process was easy, slight wait time as there was only one person working the counter on a Wednesday evening around 6pm. When we went to the garage the guy told us our two options, which both were clean and ready to go. Dropping the vehicle off was a breeze too! Would rent again from this location!
