  DO NOT RENT A CAR FROM THIS BUDGET One of the worst car rental experiences I have ever been through. First of all, the location and budget website say that they open at 7 am, and that is when you can make a drop off an return. However, both my drop off and pickup were scheduled at 7 am and there was nobody at the location until 7:30 or later to actually open the location and start the rental process. This happened at both drop off and pickup. When I cam to drop off the car, again nobody was there to take the keys by 7:30 am, so an employee at the parking office directed me to drop the keys in the after hours drop box which is clearly labeled. I GOT A $40 CHARGE ADDED ON FOR "NOT RETURNING THE KEYS". An employee directed me to place the keys there! Absolutely unacceptable. In short, my experience with renting a car here was completely unprofessional and absolutely unacceptalbe.
