  Excellent experience with Budget at Omaha Eppley! The staff was friendly, pickup and drop-off were quick and easy, and the car was spotless and ran great. I’ll definitely rent from this location again next time I’m in town.

  Prepaid for my rental and when I handed them a credit card to cover the incidentals, they charged me again. Called corporate and was told they had no way of seeing I had prepaid but also did a second rental. Will never rent from them again.

  These guys are running a scam. I rented the mystery "car" which promised to be 4-door, 5-person car, only to be told the mystery car was a 15-passenger van. Since we were driving across the state with my family of 4, I said that wouldn't work. They offered me an actual car (which amazingly, they had on hand!), for an extra $15/day. I have called and emailed and no one picks up or replies. Based on the reviews alone, this is standard for them. Don't rent from these guys if you can!

  As a rental location directly operated at the airport, it's shocking that they had no cars available. So I didn’t hesitate much—ended up paying an extra $20 per day, plus another $20 in taxes, fees and coverage plan. Otherwise, I have to accept a small Chevy SUV, even though I booked a vehicle(sedan) at around $70 per day. That pushed the total daily cost to nearly $100—not including insurance(damgage waive). At that rate, you could’ve rented a Land Rover or Porsche from Enterprise. Then they gave me a “Genesis.” What kind of luxury sedan is that supposed to be? The interior was covered in spilled sauce and greasy handprints—I had to clean it myself. And when I walked through the parking lot, I saw they clearly had other vehicle options available. After reading other reviews, I now realize I wasn’t alone. It feels like a setup. The Budget location at the airport seems to operate under sales pressure—forcing customers to either accept a free “downgrade” or pay more for an “upgrade.” I would probably recommend avoiding this company and going with AVIS, they are a little more expensive per day but definitely better than paying extra for 'no choice'. Or go with Enterprise,. They usually let you choose in their parking lot and the keys are in the car, but most of the time their cars are the most basic version.
