  Easiest of all the rental car companies at this airport to get car and out on the road quick, as well as return. Digital app check-in could help make even better.

  This the worst place to rent a car I rent a car online and they charged me 436 dollar when I got to the place to pick up the car. They ask me for 417 dollars 💸 deposit they say will be refunded when the car was bring back I brought the car a day before the day that supposed to bring it back. Then 3 days later I call back because I didn't see the refunded on my account than they told that was add it additional coverage 😒 they didn't explain none of this. Please do not this happened to you because they had my car of file and charged me another 19 I called again the person was extremely rude to me. Worst place ever

  The agent that provided the keys to my rental at the OMA airport downgraded my rental car from the one assigned me by the front office agent. She was rude, belligerent and told me to go to another rental company when I questioned her about the downgrade. There are many options for rental companies in Omaha. I suggest you pick one that is not Budget.

  Everything seemed to go smoothly both the person who booked me and the person who gave me the rental key where very efficient at their jobs.
