After frantically running around trying to find a place to rent a car, we landed at budget. There were very few cars left. Michael was a wonderful help in a time of high stress for us. He worked with us and our budget, and got us into a car within 20 minutes. We will be a budget rental car family from now on due to the patience and understanding we received from Michael!
