A couple of weeks later the problem was still happening, so I called and spoke to Lee. He wanted to see the vehicle as soon as he could as this was "high priority" for him, so we got it in the next day. Lou and his team thoroughly assessed the vehicle and let us know what the problem was (a dealer issue). The car had burned through the oil that they put in. Lou put two more quarts of oil in and helped us figure out what to do next, no charge. We will definitely use Brakes Plus in Gretna again!
