Every time any of my vehicles have been in for service it seems like they try to say I have 10k in problems. Told me my rotors needed replaced because of grooves and putting they were perfectly fine when I randomly stopped in to have them show me. The manager was tripping over his words and he ended up giving me a free oil change and gave me coupons for the work after I called him out. My brakes literally had issues the next day parts falling off grinding noises. Then I was treated like I was causing them an inconvenience after I spent 2k the day before. I went in to have them fix the brake issues then the tech told me the barring is bad on the back now too 😆. I said why didn’t you guys tell me when it was all apart the first time he said we weren’t checking bearings only brakes I said you’re fixing what you did so how do you know the bearing is bad now. Then I also had them do my front bearings the first time I ever had service done it was still in warranty I was having issues and it was a fight to try and even get it looked at. This place is a joke pic of my severely pitted and grooved rotors that absolutely needed replaced
