I was recently driving to the airport, already late, with a screaming baby when my skid plate decided to fall off and start sparking the ground as I was driving. I pulled off W. Center to the nearest auto shop which happened to be Brakes Plus. With no questions asked John took the keys and had the car up on the lift and back on the road in 10 minutes tops... Like a freaking Nascar pit stop, no joke. He refused to let me pay him and just told me they were glad they could help and to come back. They saved my butt and were awesome. I will be using them moving forward, would recommend.

I called everywhere each place was over 100 dollars for a synthetic oil change, and in today’s climate who hell as 100 dollars for an oil change. As I was about to give up but then I called the gentleman at Brakes Plus, not only were they able to work on my car straight away, the oil change was 50 dollars. The 3 gentleman I had the pleasure of interacting (the name written on my card is Ryan) were incredibly pleasant. As someone who doesn’t understand cars, in no way did I feel like my lack of acknowledge was being taken advantage of. They did offer additional services, that I declined and was met with a pleasant reaction instead of being pressured into something else. The inside was also incredibly clean, there is a window inside the shop so you’re able to watch your car as they tend to it. All in all, quick service, incredibly friendly staff, and very affordable. Will be returning.
