Riley has helped us previously with an oil change and was very helpful with our brakes. This is our new place we go to and doesn’t look like we’re going anywhere else

No tonthrilled had my car towed there. I had purchased a battery and car wouldn't start. They said they replaced it under warranty and everything was fine. Got it picked up drove it home and battery was dead withing the hour. They tore up some of the stuff on the inside and didn't put it back in place.

So I wasn’t going to write a review but the technician who serviced my oil change, Riley Nord, insisted mention his name in a 5 star review. Unfortunately he did not deliver 5 star service. He did not replace my oil cap afterwards causing oil to get ALL OVER my engine and belts causing a burning oil smell I cannot get to go away now. Also a fire hazard. I will not be returning to brakes plus probably ever bc that serviced caused me more headache, especially over the Christmas holiday, than I ever needed. So if you go here, don’t leave the lot without double checking their work bc they will not double check their work and it’ll cause you issues.

I'm really disappointed if the poor customer service this place have I felt some how discriminated when I have my appointment at 10am I got there before my appointment I thought it will take maybe 20 mins for them to take me in and maybe another 30 mns to get my oils change I sit in the lobby for about an hour my car wasn't even taking in yet if I set an appointment at 10am you will think they will take you in or at least let you know how long it will take the workers where in the back just chilling like they don't have people waiting in the lobby for about 5 mns just waiting for someone to see when was they taking my car in I have to go and call someone just to get help them the guy want to take the car in I decided not to get the service bc at the point I'm frustrated decide to come to Grease monkey my service was fast and I didn't even have to wait they really need to better they customer service and just check on the customer instead of us checking on them to do the job they getting pay for .

sometimes life’s lessons cost you and it cost me $380 find out that I should never bring a vehicle to this place. The other day while picking up the kids from school my engine overheated so I immediately checked my coolant and found I was bone dry. I looked around the reservoir to see if there was any noticeable leaking and found none and figured maybe I had just run out so I filled it and drove it home and when I popped the hood, it was empty again with no leaking around the coolant reservoir. I figured there must be an issue with a hose or more than likely the radiator because that’s the most common issue but just to make sure I filled it again and again it bled right through with no leaking around the reservoir. I took it in and let them know it was likely a hose issue or the radiator and they said they would have it looked at. I got a call back stating that it was the coolant reservoir which shocked me because I found no issue with it. they said they could get it replaced for $380 and they would also do a stress test afterwards. I got a call back the next day stash that they replaced it but now there is a major crack in the radiator and that would now cost me over $1400. I told them no. I took $1000 out of my savings because I figured that’s what the new radiator would cost and now I’m being quoted a cost that far exceeds that for something that never needed to be replaced in the first time. I told them I would come and pick up the vehicle and not to replace the radiator. I called back and asked where the coolant reservoir was leaking and they said that after doing the stress test, they found it was leaking a little bit. So in person they told me they would replace it and then do a stress test and then on the phone they told me they did a stress test and then replaced it. I wasn’t born yesterday but today I was the fool. Do not bring your vehicle here if you want honest and reliable service and repair. I picked up my vehicle still with an empty reservoir because they did not make the necessary repair on the vehicle. The coolant reservoir and radiator don’t crack on the same day at the same time and I never had any issues prior to this.. The radiator cracked and they tried and succeeded on up selling me on unneeded services before letting me know. It was actually the issue that I brought it in for. There are several other shops across the street. You will likely have better luck going to them instead.
