After about 15-20 min, Jim at the front desk came to me and went over all the issues they had found. Jim was very thorough and professional while explaining the diagnosis and the importance of each item. I briefly spoke with the manager Jacobb (who was involved in the diagnosis), and he was equally helpful and genuinely interested in the wellbeing of the vehicle and offered his expertise elaborating on any of the items I had questions about. I was surprised at the amount of detail in their diagnosis, and at the amount of services they provide outside of just the brakes and rotors. I will definitely be visiting this location exclusively for any of their offered repairs or maintenance I need in the future and highly recommended this team.
