Called and made an appointment the day prior to needing an oil change. I showed up to set appointment an hour early stating I understood I was early, but I had an appointment in one hour. I was told there would be A significant wait. When I asked if that was even with an appointment, I was told yes that just gets you a place in line and they had a lot of walk-ins today. Genuinely what is the point of allowing appointments if you are not going to honor those appointments. Terrible service will never use brake plus again save your time and just go somewhere else in the first place.

Appreciate the honesty and hard work at this location. They worked on my car past close to ensure I had it back today. Ethan and George were easy to work with, had good communication, and went above and beyond. Would highly recommend.

Got scheduled for alignment a couple weeks ago and they showed me papers showing truck got aligned from them. Got halfway home and realized the steering wheel was not straight and truck was dragging to the right. Came back in later with a scheduled appointment to fix it and I was more than patient with them as it took them till the end of the day to get to my vehicle. Came in when truck was finished still patient from the inconvenience of having to get my vehicle aligned again from them, also taking till end of day, and I believe his name was Chris blamed the installer of the leveling kit for vehicle getting unaligned and came up with multiple other reasons to not take responsibility. Which was a little disrespectful as I was the one who installed it, and he knew that too. I’ve been working on vehicles for a while and an alignment is one of the only things I’ll bring my vehicle in to a small automotive shop for, but clearly not anymore. I calmly asked to have my keys multiple times so I could finish up my day and he kept raising his voice at me trying to explain how he’s right and I’m wrong. After the 4th time asking respectfully for my keys so I could just get my truck and forget about my experience, he rushed to the back and threw me the keys and told me I was being immature and that I shouldn’t come back infront of other customers. I was shocked and happily said I’ll never be coming back to this place ever again. Terrible experience, terrible pricing, and very immature customer service. I’d be happy to talk to someone higher up about my experience here. Get an alignment anywhere else as they charge $30 more than everyone else around town and will give you false information and scare you too into spending way more money than you need to.

I just want to let everyone know that I just picked up my Chevy Silverado at 6:44 pm. Let me tell you what! I dropped off my truck for a simple oil change at 9:00 this morning. Simple and routine. When they called, they let me know that my water pump needed replaced. Mind you, this is 3:15 and committed to getting it done today. Long story short, they stayed until it was done. After burping the new water pump, a dude went out and so did the serpentine belt. Darin, the mechanic felt so bad because he was about customer service and even skipped his lunch. Both Dave and Darin felt bad and chose to make this right. I appreciate quality people who care about their name on the work they perform even if it is a national chain. Thank you guys and will continue to take our vehicles to this specific location!
