She even called and wished me a Happy Birthday a month after we got our latest deal done! Just phenomenal customer service and makes the experience quick and easy. The entire team I’ve interacted with there is really fantastic from sales to service. They follow up to ensure you are happy with your car and know all the little things about your car. I’ll be back in a few years or so for sure and highly recommend!

Last week I had it serviced and it took a bit longer then usual, which was not problem at all. I was able to chat with Lorraine (Experience Specialist)... I want to say 'thank you' to Lorraine for taking me to get food, that simple act of kindness really meant a lot. Looking back, the delay with my car turned out to be a blessing in disguise, because it gave me the chance to get to know her and have one of the most uplifting conversations I've had in a long time. She is truly one of the kindest and most genuine people I have ever met. The past couples years have been tough - being laid off really changed a lot of me - but her words and outlook gave me a new sense of perspective and encouragement I didn't realize I needed. No matter where life takes me, I'll always remember that conversation and the impact it had on me. Lorraine made a lasting impression on someone who truly appreciated it. She was SO easy to work with and it felt like she genuinely valued my "wants" and "needs" more than just making a sale.
