We had a ball hitch added and also worked with Matt in the service center and he went above and beyond to provide a great experience. Jalen spent a good chunk of time explaining answers to all of my questions about the tech and systems and functions. We live south of plattsmouth and will drive the extra miles to bring the car in for service because of the top notch customer service we have received from the staff. The other staff that helped show is cars were also lovely. I forget their names though! The dealership was clean and well staffed, and has a lovely lounge and snacks and beverages available also. The best part, my weimaraner Mr Picnic is welcome to come with and they gave hi. His own Chewbaru Outbark Chew toy. Thanks guys for making my first brand new car purchase experience a good one.
