  While looking for a certified used vehicle, we had stopped in at Baxter Subaru a couple of times. We were greeted by Justin. He is a perfect example of an individual that provides excellent customer service. He discussed the differences between the models that we were interested in. He did not try and push us into making a decision at that moment. We are both retired and wanted to make the right decision on a car going forward. We are very happy with the purchase we made. Justin explained the basic features to get us started, as reviewing everything at one time would have been overwhelming for us. We will be meeting with him again in the near future to take the next step in learning additional features. Baxter Subaru and Justin are the best! We would highly recommend anyone looking for a Subaru (or other makes of used vehicles) to go to Baxter Subaru in Omaha and ask for Justin!!!!

  My husband and I just purchased a 2026 Subaru Solterra about two weeks ago from Baxter Subaru in Omaha. We absolutely love this dealership, and the experience from beginning to end that we had with the salesman Andrew Silberman was top notch. He was so knowledgeable about the vehicle, and was able to take us through all of the ins and outs of EV ownership. He’s honest, and was able to get us a fantastic deal and trade in on our previous vehicle as well. I would absolutely purchase a vehicle from Andrew in the future. This is our second brand new vehicle purchase from Baxter Subaru, and they’ve always treated us right! On a side note, for anyone looking into an electric Subaru, my advice is to go for it. They are so fun to drive, and if you’re using it primarily for commuting and short trips, it’s so much more enjoyable and quiet than a gas vehicle. They’re also releasing two more EV models this year that will accommodate an even larger base of customers. Thank you again Andrew and Baxter Subaru! You’re the reason that Subaru’s slogan is “Love, It’s what Makes a Subaru, Subaru”.

  I had the best car buying experience I've ever had. Ever. Everyone I worked with was helpful, transparent and caring; especially Angie, Jamie and Neil. They even delivered the car to my house after installing some accessories. After the purchase, I really appreciated the Love Encore process. It helped me to really understand the technology of the vehicle.

  Kailey did a fantastic job working with me today updating my lease. She took so much time to make sure I got all my questions (so many) answered and gave me literally almost a dozen options so I could make my best choice on a new car. I’ve been with them for 3 cars now but with service like this it’s easy to keep wanting to come back when I’m ready for a new car.

  I have never felt compelled to leave a review after shopping for a vehicle, but this time it was an absolute must! I had the true privilege of working with Carry S. when I was in the market for a pre-owned vehicle recently. She is incredibly kind, personable and patient, creating no feelings of pressure or a need to rush whatsoever. Above all, she was transparent and honest, and I truly value her sense of integrity. She listened intently and sought to find vehicles based on our needs and within our means. Even though we ended up finding a vehicle elsewhere, I couldn’t possibly recommend anyone more highly than Carry. She is a gem, and Baxter Subaru is blessed to have her on the team! So if you are in the market for a new vehicle, please go see her! You will be glad that you did!
