I was greeted and helped by Sandra, from the moment I walked in I felt welcomed. Sandra went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. She has amazing customer service and with the help of Aaliyah & Gavin , they literally saved my day! I really appreciate the patience and care of the staff, I highly recommend this location.

A young lady was helping me over the phone and seemed a bit overwhelmed. She confirmed my part where there. I asked her to pull the part and save them and I would be in shortly to perches them. Got to Autozone. A young man helped me. I told him I had part ready for pick up and he look for them and the where not saved for me. So we started over and thank God I had the parts numbers and i was able to get my parts. Store needs help. Under staffed and lack of parts. I know Autozone can do better than this.

I’m sure he sees it all the time where people buy the blades, he offers to put them on, figures out you picked the wrong blades, returns them and gets the right ones, and then installs them for you at no additional cost. Payton my man, you deserve a raise. Thanks for your help!
