Came in to pick up an onboard charger Id ordered online in advance as well as a replacement battery for my side by side. The installed battery is NAPA so it wasnt just as simple as getting another as the part numbers arent the same from NAPA to Duralast. Associate was not helpful at all just pointed to the ATV batteries. The guide in the store stops at 2009. Autozone website doesnt appear to offer a conversion tool so you know youre getting equivalent battery. Long story short NAPA got the business today.

The unprofessionalism and extreme lack of knowledge is one of the many reasons I will never go back here. Standing in silence so we leave and not help was disrespectful and plain rude. Educate your workers
