It’s rare these days to find someone who is that patient, knowledgeable, and willing to help. Really appreciate Nate’s customer service.

Luckily for me, the battery I originally had installed which I had purchased from AutoZone a couple of years prior. It was still under warranty, so I was able to get a replacement for free, and they were kind enough to change the battery for me, even though I insisted I could do it myself. I was in and out in about 30 minutes.
