I was in there the evening of 12/31 there were two females working, one spoke Spanish very polite to the customer she was dealing with, let me tell you I would have lost my mind dealing with what I saw her dealing with. I’m assuming her name is April because the other girl kept calling her, then because she didn’t get a rapid response she proceeded to use very offensive language. I’ve never heard or seen any other employee act or use such language at this location. My mother loves this location and refuses another one. Hopefully nobody has to go through the rudeness. Keep up the great work April.
- BBBivianaDec 4, 20251.0I went here today in the morning some employee was asking me why I need my battery recharge I told her my voltage been pretty low and it getting cold out and I don’t want my battery too completely die but indeed she keep saying the 0 degrees whether wouldn’t kill my battery when she could’ve instead just charged it and tell me if the battery is good or bad den later on told me it takes 4 HOURS FOR A BATTERY TOO CHARGE and that she can’t check if my battery is good or bad because there thing got stolen…when all other auto zones I gone too told me it only takes 2 hrs for a battery too get charge and I gotten plenty of other battery’s charge at many different location and never heard them tell me too come back in 4 HRS but anyways I left it there for 4 hrs and this male told me the battery is bad when i pick it up I then came home I plug in the battery too my car and my car turn on with out struggling the way it was in the morning because my battery NEED TOO GET CHARGE.anyways don’t believe the workers here they don’t know what they talking about and dont believe them when they tell you your car battery is BAD because it probably not and they rather just not charge it .
