  They did a great job with the installation of my fiancées Draeger interlock system, but extorted extra money from him while doing so. He called and confirmed that it would be $200 for the installation. I heard it myself because I was standing right next to him at the time. He even told me after the conversation was complete and he had hung up. Then we arrived there and all of a sudden it was $300. We looked at each other in confusion and he told the guy that he had just spoken with someone and had been told $200. The person at the counter said “well now it’s $300” shrugged and said basically to deal with it. Not: oh, well let’s clear up this misunderstanding, or oh let me go ask the person you talked to about it. I wanted to file a complaint at the time but my fiancee said that no, he didn’t want to upset anyone and make things more difficult. Happily, he found a better, more ethical business to use for the monthly calibration. I’m leaving this review because, sadly, my fiancee died the day before thanksgiving. I’m hoping that someone else can avoid the experience that we have had with this business.

  Had a good experience with this shop. They installed a remote starter on my 2001 Jeep and didn't have any worries about working on an older car. Did a professional job at a good price and everything works great. Came back in the next day to get a setting adjusted; they scheduled me for an appointment a few days out. When I came in again they got the adjustment done quick and didn't charge anything. Would recommend.

  Justin was easy to work with. He got the job done quickly and it costed less than originally anticipated. I'll come back for any future needs.
