- KVK VOct 8, 20251.0I called this place on a Monday and spoke to someone asking about an alignment. I also asked about a tire rotation and greasing the ball joints. I wanted to know what all this was going to run me and he gave me a price of $100 plus tax. And I said perfect and booked the service for Wednesday. He asked me a few questions about why I needed the alignment. He asked if the steering wheel was crooked to which I said it is. After all the servicing was done, the guy behind the desk told me the price was $171. I explained to him what I was told and had to say this 3 times. He huffed and puffed and crumpled up the invoice and gave me lower price of $110. I went out and checked to see if the tires had been rotated and got in to drive away with a crooked steering wheel. Needless to say I will not be going back nor will I be recommending anyone to this place. The guy also argued with me about doing a two wheel alignment versus a four wheel alignment. My car is only 8 years and I know that this isn’t something that is done on newer cars anymore. Even though I’m a woman I still know some things about cars and cannot stand being lied to by scummy mechanics.
