  I had a 8 o’clock appointment and it ended up taking 4 hours for them to finish my car. I had an alignment, tire rotation, and a lightbulb change done. When I walked in the door, I showed the guy what light bulb needed to be changed and when it was all said and done, they didn’t even change it. Then they changed the wrong one. After that they finally changed the right one. After that the manager said they would give me a discount which wasn’t even a discount they just didn’t charge me for the lightbulb that they put in that I never needed to changed in the first place. The staff is here flat out incompetent. Worst experience I ever had at a mechanic shop. Makes me wonder if the even did the rest of the work I asked them to do. Do yourself a favor and don’t go to this place.

  I made an appointment for an oil change and noise inspect for 11am. My vehicle did not go into the bay until 11:55am, at which point it sat, with the hood up (as if to portray work was being done). Yes, there were a few customers ahead of me, but they had been waiting 3-4 hours (I asked them and remind you, they opened at 8am, which is what time one of the other customers got here). At no point did any of the employees inform anybody the reason for the delay or even apologize for the delay (there were 3-4 employees in the shop and 1 employee at the front desk, who quite often went into the shop and was on a computer, oblivious to other customers coming into the business). Finally, at 12:35 (1 hour and 35 minutes after my scheduled appointment), I asked the front desk employee if the oil had even been drained from my truck, which it had not. At that point, they began changing the oil in my truck, but never did inspect the noise coming from the front drivers side that I asked to get checked out. 2 hours after my scheduled appointment, I was paying. I understand being busy, but it seemed like there was no effort to get customers through their services, not to mention, the manager (Riley) spent a lot of time talking to old employees who came to see him (he stated this out loud to another customer) and hanging out outside, looking at motorcycles with said former employees (see attached pictures).
