  was on my way home from work. Used my brakes and a loud grinding noise started when I pushed the pedal. OMG 😱 So I know brakes plus is right by my house. Called set up a brake inspection. Got my daughter after school and headed over there. I showed up early before the scheduled appointment and knew I would be waiting for a minute. NOPE! they squeezed me in early! They said I need new pads for the brakes, and unfortunately my rotors were shot. I asked to see them since I know a little about cars. And sure enough they had deep grooves in them and seemed to be the original parts. Go figure lol so I asked how much? And to my SUPRISE it was a lot cheaper than most of the places I called in Omaha. New pads and rotors all around. Not bad. One problem… I need my truck first thing in the morning to go to work at 6am. They were about to close and said they might have to keep it overnight. Oh no!! But these guys went the extra mile! They worked on it and got me done about 15min past closing! They are Amazing! They were all so kind and professional. Service was quick and efficient, and that says a lot knowing it was the end of the day and everyone is tired for sure. But they took the best care of me and my truck! I have brought my Subaru there before and this recent visit with my truck! Wow! I will be taking all my work to them for sure! These guys made a stressful suprise a breeze! Thank you so so much for helping me! I’ll be seeing y’all soon. 😊

  Man im not going anywhere else besides this specific brakes plus. Chris and sky are freaking awesome! Great customer service and treated me like a human and not a way to get more money. If youre not coming to this location to get the best help from these 2, then youre doing it wrong. If Chris or sky see this, thanks! You guys are the best. To the owner or gm, give these men a damn raise, whatever they make it's not enough. You dont see service like this anymore. It was a relief. Thanks again brakes plus!

  Chris & Joe were very helpful, they gave us a friendly price, included a free oil change, and helped me with a Lyft ride to come receive my vehicle!! Thank you guys!
