  We just updated our car from Baxter Subaru Omaha. We had not planned on a new car just an oil change, but looked at a few cars on the show room floor, and Carry Storm ask if she could help. So ask if they had an Ascent with Java interior she looked up inventory and brought one up for us to look at, liked it and then the hard part value trade in and price negotiation. Carry made the process easy and stress free. This is our sixth Subaru and our second from Baxter, they are very personal and they take care of everything..

  I have been leasing Subarus from Baxter Subaru since 2018 and I have been happy with every single interaction! This time was no exception. Carry Short and John Mac were fantastic! Walked me through the entire process with ease and they've been helpful from start to finish! I always recommend Baxter Subaru to anyone looking for a car and I will continue to do so!

  We are so happy with our 2026 Subaru Outback! Becky made the entire process feel so clear and easy. She was incredibly helpful every step of the way, whether she was answering our texts, emails, or questions in person. She is so lovely to work with and made us feel supported throughout the whole experience. You can truly tell the entire team works well together, and we really appreciated the attention, care, and support everyone gave us.   I worked with Becky on purchasing a new (to me) Subaru Crosstrek and she was absolutely fantastic. She was clear about what i was signing up for and when, willing and ready to let me try multiple options for the new car, and i never felt rushed through the entire process.   BARNEY!!! He is an absolute gem, superior service and continued to keep in contact even after purchase to be sure we had all of our questions answered. Then we meet Jalen who is a master instructor for all of the bells and whistles. What a team-each and every person we had contact with was friendly and helpful. Still going to shoutout to BARNEY 6/5 stars 12/10..we can keep going on and on about him-BARNEY is the man!
