I called this flying j travel center today during the afternoon, and Amber was nice enough to go.Check and make sure that your machines were in working order and available for my use. She went above and beyond the Call of Duty and I thank her for that . Management should take note of your outstanding employees.

The cashier treated me in a rude and dismissive way, and it felt like her behavior was influenced by bias or discrimination. I came to enjoy a meal, not to be judged or treated unfairly. I hope the management takes this seriously and provides better training on respect and customer service. Everyone deserves to be treated with basic courtesy, regardless of background.

If my company didn't require to use pilot/flying j's I would never utilize these trashy places. The pumps are always broken or damaged and super disgusting with covered in filth.
- TTTawny ThomasSep 23, 20251.0The dirtiest flying j I have ever visited. The cashiers are rude and act like the customers are enemies. I just asked for an extra packet of mustard and cashier acted like I was robbing her. Ridiculous. Bathroom was discusting too. I knew I should’ve chose Love’s.
