  Couldn’t be more satisfied with the services rendered from this amazing car wash All the staff was friendly setting up an account was an ease, and the general manager was very polite and even came out and greeted me and spoke with me for a little bit Would highly recommend going here they treat your car like it’s their car There was an issue with a customer that I overheard while there, and the general manager told them that they would take care of any damages and even compensated him. He just don’t see that kind of dedication to customers anymore

  Even though I pay for the Works, sometimes it runs my plates for a lower package. When I contacted Customer Service, they won’t do anything about it except say “contact your local site location”. So Tommy’s Customer Service is an absolute joke but if you want an okay clean when it’s not busy and fairly decent vacuums, it’s worth the expensive price you pay monthly.

  Joe at Tommy's is exceptional! A chrome piece popped off of my car when I went through the car wash. I called back to see if they might be able to find my piece and they said they would check for me. I received a call back from Joe the manager and he said he found my piece, and if I would stop back in, they would have it for me. When I returned, Joe not only had found my chrome piece, but he put it back on my car for me! Everything he did for me was with a smile and a great attitude!

  The car wash itself was good don’t get me wrong but the manager was rude as hell- very out of pocket. I’ll find a different car wash to use as long as the management is poorly treating customers.
