    The car in front of me did not put their car in neutral and ended up hitting the front of my car and sped off once they got out of the car wash. The claims department was a joke and they did nothing about it- basically told me I'm just out of luck. Enter at your own risk and just hope that the person in front of you puts their car in neutral like they are supposed to!

    Way too fast. About got rear-ended, still has soap on my truck, and super over priced. Absolutely terrible and don't get me started on the traffic flow or lack there of efficient design.
