  I’m so happy I left Jet Splash! The team here is absolutely incredible! They go above and beyond for each customer! Every wash, perfect! Every interaction, amazing! I seriously can’t recommend Rocket Carwash on Old Cheney enough! Plus the interior cleaning is a huge perk! Huge shoutout to Nicole for helping my friend and I get amazing prices and just being such an amazing person! Thank you Nicole! 🤩

  Rocket Carwash is awesome! Everyone is always so kind and helpful. My car always looks fabulous after getting cleaned and the interior clean is such a great perk!!! They also helped me a friend save money on which is another great thing! Would highly recommend to all my friends and family!

  This location for Rocket Car Wash on “O” St is the worst of all. Horrible customer service. Scanners for Members Only lines do not work. I keep going back, hoping it will get better since it is on my way to work. Every time I return to the ”O” St location, service has not improved. The girl today “letting people through” opted to let Non members through before members. In addition, took forever to do her job. She made a point to let me know that she would make me wait longer because I questioned how long it would take for me to be let through. One non member and two members that arrived after I was in line. I could not leave because someone was behind me. I believe I waited over 10 minutes when I was the 1st person in the “members only” line. Not such a great deal! Again horrible customer service.

  I signed up for their membership and went in to wash my truck. Big mistake. Their machine scratched the entire left side of my vehicle before even reaching the area shown in the picture. This is not a small issue—this is serious damage. I spoke with the manager right away to cancel my membership and figure out a solution. The only thing they offered was canceling my subscription. No claim, no help, no responsibility—nothing. This place does NOT stand behind their service. If something goes wrong, you’re completely on your own. I would strongly NOT recommend this car wash, especially if you have a pickup truck. Use it at your own risk.
