  The location “O” St for Rocket Car Wash is by far the worst of all. Horrible customer service. Scanners for Members Only lines do not work. I keep going back, hoping it will get better since it is on my way to work. Every time I return to the ”O” St location, service has not improved. The girl today “letting people through” opted to let Non members through before members. In addition, took forever to do her job. She made a point to let me know that she would make me wait longer because I questioned how long it would take for me to be let through. One non member and two members that arrived after I was in line. I could not leave because someone was behind me. I believe I waited over 10 minutes when I was the 1st person in the “members only” line. Not such a great deal! Again horrible customer service.

  After almost a week of going back and forth with the south side location about getting a refund. I was sent to the O street location where Josilyn was very helpful and professional. She was very nice and double checked things for me. Thank you to her and the team she was with today. You guys are amazing

  I thought I signed up for a basic plan, but was charged much more than expected. Customer service refused a refund and cited a voice recording I don’t remember consenting to. Misleading communication be cautious before signing up.

  I never leave bad reviews but when I buy a BRAND NEW VERHICLE and brand new decals.. the truck has never been through any other carwash and the the second carwash I get ever and both first and second were at Rocket. Both times I hand dried because their dryer thing at the end of the carwash is so nasty it was like dirt water so I literally got out both time to dry it and finish cleaning now dirt water off the truck. TONS of scratches from front to back scratching my brand new truck and decals. Secondly , the customer service following up with the problems were horrible. I can share with anyone that wants to see how unprofessional it was. It took several emails to even get the person name to know who I was even talking to. Then to find out he must own the company because he wouldn’t let me talk to anyone else. He kept saying I am the manager and there’s no one else to talk to. On top of every email response that I received, started with some reasoning of why he doubts that it happened at this location. Including how he could possibly see scratches on my dirty truck before it went through the carwash on the cameras but he couldn’t see them clearly off of the pictures that the rocket employee took and sent him. He ended up telling me I need to wash the truck and send pictures within a week otherwise he’s gonna end the claim. Well I’m also a business owner, I don’t have time to wash my vehicle on demand specially when it was nasty dirty weather out and it would’ve been a wasted trip because of the weather and it’d be dirty the same hour or even on the way home. The rocket employee took several pictures, there’s no way he couldn’t see the scratches in those pictures and he wouldn’t let me take it to show anyone in person. I also took the truck to a body shop and they quoted $1,000 for a detail to buff out the scratches. That’s without even fixing the decal!!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM HERE

  Get through the wash in a minute. It goes so fast one could get motion sickness. Then they are constantly out of towels. So you can’t even wipe off everything the wash missed.
