I arrived in the predicament that my skid plate had been bouncing & dragging down the street for two days hoping that they had a quick fix. I pulled in and Zach went extra lengths to get the right skid plate screws and I was out of there in less than an hour! In a world where time is money, and nobody ever seems to go the extra step with Customer Service because ‘it’s not their job’, this guy absolutely delivered 110%. This is where you win customers for life 🫶🏻. Thanks Zach!
- JSJerica ShawApr 6, 20261.0Got an oil change 4/6/26 at the 48th and Old Cheney location. I had my 10 month old son in the back seat. There was a 40-50y male with reddish brown hair and full beard that made several disrespectful comments while my son was being fussy, including, “Does he not have any toys back there?” and “Man, I’m sorry for YOUR ears” as my son was crying. He tried to upsell the air filter and before I could even say no, he guilted me into it by saying, “this is what your baby is breathing in back there…” while showing me the old one. What are you supposed to say to that? To top it off, he was continuously talking smack about the previous place that did my last oil change and how they caused damages he could fix at my expense… Went in for a $75 oil change and was charged $200. Will absolutely not be back and will not be recommending Jiffy Lube to ANYONE, let alone another young mom they can shame and take advantage of. I wish I caught that guy’s name, but the younger guy working with him was Jacob and he seemed very nice.

- TSTelal Awadalla SalihMar 22, 20265.0Yesterday I had a very bad experience with them… I used to change oil and oil filter for my two vehicles regularly since 2021… Yesterday Saturday 3/21/2026 I went there for an oil change and they replaced a cabin and air filter without at least ask me if I wanna do that and charged me $80 for only these two filters… They just did that and gave me the receipt and when I checked it I found that they charged me the filters… They didn’t even checked the tires pressure.. It’s Really a Very Bad experience …😡😡😡 NOT recommended any more … Will move to another auto shop…. 😇😇😇😇😇😇 Monday morning I’ve received a call from the store manager regarding this issue, and they apologized of what was happening and they thankfully made a FULL REFUND for the service I had and they gave me 15% off for the next service… This is the ideal way to deal with the customers … Thank you Jjffy Lube for putting customers on the top… Many thanks…🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳
