  If I could leave zero stars, I would. Car was not ready. No rides available for rental or return. Off-putting smell in vehicle and asked “what do you want us to do about it?” When I was going to drop the car off they had no one to give me a ride, and told me to leave it at the shop. Well, while the vehicle was waiting for them it hailed. Now they are putting a claim in to my insurance. I did nothing to damage the vehicle, nor would I be liable if they had someone to give me a ride, as it would have been on their lot. Absolutely ridiculous! Will never rent from enterprise again.

  Everyone was very friendly! They made sure I had a car I was comfortable with and were very patient while I decided. Everything went as I was explained it would. Overall great experience! Thank you-Kristan Sellens

  Rent elsewhere! Windshields are always dirty and can't see out of them at night, and despite being a regular customer but unfortunately do not have a credit card, yes, a credit card to prove address, they insist upon several forms of documentation to prove it. They do not accept a lease or government documents, they only accept utiilty bills etc. It is a humiilating and degrading experience and am unable to get a credit card for circumstances out of my control. I have been a resident and customer here for years. Then when my rental was given to me at about half a tank, they charged me $15 for 3 gallons of gas for it being a hair under half a tank, but then don't offer credits when it is over what you returned. This is a branch where impersonal "policy" rules and typical gen Z mentality reigns. Think "snowflake generation." Find a location run and managed by adults who posses the art of customer service skills.

  Never renting from here or any Enterprise location ever again. Rented a van from them because our van was in the shop. The within 30 minutes of renting, my wife opened the front passenger door and because of a misalignment of the front quarter panel, the door caused a dent on the front quarter panel. I took the van back to the location immediately to tell them what happened and they said they'd file a report once we returned the van. After we returned the van, Enterprise told us that we owed them $2,000 to fix the front quarter panel from opening the door. They explained this is their policy but it doesn't make any sense to me that we'd be liable for damage that occurred during normal usage like opening a door. Absolutely ridiculous.
