I also feel the valvoline brand is superior to other brands so I feel this a much better deal overall. The icing on top is the people /customer service you receive. The three locations i have used have all been Top Notch.

That's a bullshit excuse to not perform the work because I have changed my own filters on this truck and it is only a plastic cap with a bleeder valve.
