She didn't notice it. Not due for oil change yet and car started running funny. I checked the oil no oil on the dipstick. I took it in it was 2.5 quarts short. Josephine admitted the technician screwed up said a manager would call me. Next day he calls and said sorry there's nothing we can do. Ur daughter should have known to question it. Absolutely zero accountability. Now I'm looking at possible permanent damage to her car. Don't take ur vehicle there!
