- JAJenn AbuNov 13, 20251.0I’d give them a zero if I could. Cracked our windshield from fixing a small chip. The tech irresponsibly walked away from the vehicle at least twice. Then proceeded to lie about signing a waiver. After multiple calls for them to correct it they just ignore us or put us off. A very rude “customer advocate” admitted over the phone that the tech should not have walked away from the vehicle because he wouldn’t have heard the sound to remove the machine. Yet the manager doesn’t return calls or even answer the phone. There is no excuse or amount of money to replace the fact that your company won’t answer the phone, return calls or have a conversation. Your tech was at fault, your customer advocate admitted it, then you ghost us.
