  This location and the new one on Andermatt are by far the best in Lincoln! The supplies and facilities are always well-stocked and every team member is always friendly and welcoming. You get great perks as a member, especially with interior and exterior services and lounge access. Nicole is an excellent general manager, and provides the BEST customer service whenever I stop by. Highly recommend!

  Love coming to the location on 40th and old Chaney. Such a hard working crew of young ones! John Luke was out there today cleaning the vacuums and going above and beyond! Great job Nicole on keeping this location great!!!

  Rocket car wash on Williamsburg is the best car wash in Lincoln Nebraska. As far as I know it's the only car wash that offers interior to cleaning on a subscription basis. As an Uber driver this is a godsend for me. Nicole runs a tight ship and there's always happy friendly help available.

  Horrible wash, had to go through 2 times and still had dirty spots all over my truck. They dont pre spray anything to start the wash, the guy didnt push my mirrors in so we had to hurry up and roll windows down and fold them in before water got in the damn truck. They dont wipe the excess water off your vehicle after the wash. If people wanted to wipe their vehicle down, they would wash it at home. Paying this kind of money for a wash should come with drying also. Won't be back, absolute waste of time and money since I had to hand wipe all the water and spots the wash missed after going through twice! Absolute joke! Update - got a reply from owner telling me to go talk to a manager and they would gladly run it through again. Im wondering if they even read my post, as I said I ran it through twice that day, and it still missed spots all around my truck!

  I started my subscription in November of 2024 at the Andermat location paying $52/month for their top of the line drive thru service. I had just purchased a new car & wanted to keep it clean especially underneath because my last car had rusted out. I soon found out that the car wash didn't even touch the wheel wells so I would have to go to a manual car wash to clean everytime I went to the farm I moved and the O Street location was my closest choice and after using Andermat location, O Street is definitely not the same quality. The vacuums area always congested and filthy, trash and lumps of mud or dirt in the cleaning area & I never seen any carts offering clean towels or cleaning products. One visit i was there over 45 minutes & seen only 1 employee the entire time while I was guided into carwash. I decided it wasnt worth the $52/month and TRIED TO CANCEL. I sat on hold for over 30 minutes before giving up. I went to 3rd location which is at least 30 minute drive from home & tried to cancel there. The manager offered me 3 months for 10.00 (11.98 is what I was charged each month) and then only $29/month. Its not worth the drive and after a marathon on hold session, I canceled my debit card because I DO NOT WANT TO PAY ANOTHER MONTH FOR SOMETHING IM NOT USING. They really need to make cancelation an easier process. I feel like I was gouged for entire year & PLEASE CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION.
