However I decided to give them a try again and first off they don’t take cash and when I tried to pay they don’t take Apple Pay either. I truly wish they would adapt with the times because it’s a little ridiculous to not take cash at all but Apple Pay either. I hope they get what’s coming to them which is closing this location since other cash wash places even detail your interior whereas rocket gives you a subpar wash which doesn’t even get your car all the way clean. I will never be making the mistake of going to them ever again and I feel stupid to think they were even worth my time and the drive

However, when I show up at 7:58 to wash my car and I have somebody who is not happy with the time that I pick, I'm not okay with that. I have worked in service for 25 years. When I feel uninvited, I have issue. I already have issue with this location regarding my membership. I have scratches on my car and only one area, this is not coincidence. This is a great location usually but tonight not so happy.

First, I paid 30 dollars just for a 1 or 2 minute wash, which I thought was ridiculous. Then, during the wash my wiper arm was ripped off my vehicle. I proceeded to make this aware to the employees at the store and they submitted a claim. I then proceeded to battle with their claims department for 2 MONTHS trying to get a refund...with absolutely zero luck. A complete scam of a company and I will absolutely never be going back, and I will go out of my way to make sure that any of my friends and family never visit this company as well.
- SWSarah WagySep 14, 20251.0When you pay for a monthly subscription to an expensive Carwash, you expect it to be open during posted business hours. It’s not though. And it’s not like I have close options so when I needed a Carwash and it was convenient, I had to go without. Did I still have to pay for it? Yes. Because you have to have it automatically deducted and you can only cancel m-f between 9a and 5p.
