- ATAnthony ToombsDec 21, 20251.0I am writing to inquire about the cost of a window replacement for my 2018 Genesis G80. I brought my vehicle to your establishment for tinting of the front, rear, and back glass. Unfortunately, the back glass tinting could not be completed, and I was advised that replacing the back glass would be a more cost-effective solution. Upon my departure, after paying for the tinting service, I observed that the back window had significant adhesive residue, impairing visibility. I also noted damage to the interior brake light seal, as depicted in the attached photograph. This damage was not communicated to me prior to my departure, suggesting an you didnt plan to fix the issues. Following my complaint, a repair was offered. I I was previously dissatisfied with the condition of my back glass and the apparent lack of post-service cleanup by your team. Despite this, I agreed to return my vehicle the following Saturday. Upon retrieving my vehicle, I discovered adhesive residue on the backseat, rear window area, and floor. The dome light platform was dripping water, and the rear window issue remained unresolved. Given the evident disregard for my vehicle's condition, the absence of proper cleanup after the work was performed, and the additional damage to my rear window, I will no longer authorize your company to service my car.
