  I would give ZERO stars if possible. Worst service ever. This is the third time I've booked a car, only to go there and find ZERO cars available. This was the last time the very rude guy at the counter even complained that I hadn’t called to double-check if everything was confirmed. Confirmed what? If I book a car on the Enterprise website and receive a confirmation email, that should be enough. If anything, YOU should call me to apologize because you don't have a car. UNBELIEVABLE. By the way, this happens all three times for a reservation made for a one-way trip. It’s obvious they don’t want to send their (very limited) inventory elsewhere. This is even more disgraceful because it’s an airport, which should have inventory. Most of all, what if someone gets off a flight and finds their car isn’t there, leaving them stuck at the airport? RIDICULOUS
