    Reserved a pickup and told them at the time we were moving a box spring and mattress. Two hours before pickup time we are told they don't have a truck. Seriously?! No assistance except to escalate it with no timeframe for a response or resolution. I'll look elsewhere when I can try to do this again. I won't bother with Enterprise again.

    Going WORST and WORST. would give ZERO stars if possible. This is the third time I've booked a car, to find out only later that thay have ZERO cars available. This last time they called me to tell me, but the previous two times I went there to get the surprise. If I book a car on the Enterprise website and receive a confirmation email, that should be enough. Instead, they allow you to book any car, and then it's a roulette. You never know if the car is actually there or not. UNBELIEVABLE. By the way, this happened all three times for a reservation made for a one-way trip. It’s obvious they don’t want to send their (very limited) inventory.

    I’m extremely disappointed with the Enterprise location on O Street. This is not the first time they’ve allowed me to reserve a car online, only to call at the last minute to cancel the reservation. It’s become a pattern — you think you’re all set, then suddenly you’re left scrambling with no vehicle and no real explanation. A reservation should mean something. If they can’t honor bookings, they shouldn’t confirm them on the website. After multiple experiences like this, I can’t rely on this location anymore, and I would strongly caution others who need dependable service.
