Had a rental for nearly a week. The employees at my checkout were very friendly and kind.
But when trying to contact them to discuss dropping off the rental car, I sat on hold without speaking to someone for nearly 30 minutes. I called again a few hours later, was on hold for about 6 minutes, someone "answered" the phone and I could hear employees talking and checking out another client, and then, without a word to me, they put me back on hold after 2 minutes without saying a word to me, and me saying "hello" a good 10 times.
Now I have been sitting here for another 20 minutes to talk to someone.
I have left my car with the auto shop after picking up my vehicle, since in total, I have waited an hour to talk to someone about dropping off my car at Enterprise to take me to get my car. They can go get it themselves. I have left the keys with the receptionist at the auto shop, who said they'd help deal with it.
Just a reminder- customer service matters from the beginning to the end of the "service," not just at the beginning.

I wish I had read these reviews before doing business with this location. I would've insisted on renting a vehicle elsewhere.
I was involved in a minor rear-end collision. I took my car into the shop on Monday and discovered later that day it would take a few days to fix. No problem.
On Tuesday, I called Enterprise's customer service center and booked a reservation on Wednesday. On Wednesday, I received a call stating they had no cars available and had to move my reservation for Thursday.
I hadn't spoken to the other driver's insurance (they were at fault) to cover the rental, but I think this would be a great time to do so. I spoke to a lovely lady at Nationwide, and they sent a reservation to Enterprise. I received a call from Enterprise confirming my reservation for Friday. Huh? I asked if they were able to combine the reservation with the one previously booked or apply the credit provided by Nationwide. The woman at Enterprise said they didn't have a reservation on file for me. What?
On Friday, I got a call from the shop telling me my car was finished. So I picked up my car. The interesting thing is, I got a call Friday afternoon telling me my reservation had to be moved to Saturday.
It felt like each person I spoke to didn't know what the previous person had done. It's confusing and troubling because I've rented from this location before without issue. It has been a few years, though, I guess they've gone downhill since then.
