The girl who took care of my reservation was very adamant about fixing me with a compact. Did not receive any customer service training in how to address issues. The other lady in the insurance had to explain to her that she could check with other enterprise locations to see if they have the right car available. The staff is not polite and very argumentative.

I was not notified of a significant charge prior to pickup. I had to leave and return to address the situation, which could have ended terribly if I was on a tight schedule. Also, I was given the car without a full tank, but returned it with a full tank, only for the employee (who was very nice) to say I didn’t fill it. Turns out the electronics were faulty, and the employee who inspected the rental pre trip, didn’t even pass the information to the manager. The manager didn’t even know it wasn’t full when I took it off the lot. Another mishap that might have cost me money, and probably did anyway, and could’ve been avoided. Overall a poor experience, but I got the car, took my trip, and made it back safe. 2 stars but they could easily be a 3+ star establishment with more attention to detail, and a little more care for the customer.

Everything about this rental experience was great. It feels like really excellent customer service is rare these days, but Emily and the rest of the staff showed it still exists. I was running late to get the rental on a Friday after a long work day. My co-driver arrived before me and Emily had her pick out the car, so the inspection and get all paperwork completed so all I had to do was breeze in with my DL and sign my intials a few times. Return was just as simple & pleasant. Hopefully Enterprise treats Emily well & keeps her as a long-term employee. She represents their brand well.
