This location repeatedly lets you reserve a car online and then cancels at the last minute — and this attitude seems to be the norm across multiple Enterprise locations in the city. It’s completely unacceptable. A reservation should mean the car is available. Instead, you end up with a confirmed booking, only to be left without a vehicle and no real solution. After this happening multiple times, I no longer consider Enterprise in Lincoln reliable, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone who needs dependable service.
