  Had a wonderful experience here. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Got me right in and replaced my windshield. Thing that really blew me away was they somehow took off my park pass sticker and put it on my new windshield for me. I thought it was a loss. Thank you for going above and beyond.

  1-Star Review – Terrible Cleanup, Zero Professionalism I had my windshield replaced by Capital Auto glass today, and while the glass itself seems fine, the installation crew treated my car like a drop cloth. Inside: They left urethane or silicone crumbs, and dusty debris scattered across the dashboard, seats, and floor mats. I spent over an hour vacuuming and wiping everything down myself—(they did offer to come clean it when I called to complain, and I made the choice to do it myself as I had already lost faith in them). Outside: The new windshield is covered in smeared fingerprints, greasy handprints, and mystery streaks that weren’t there before. It looks like they used their bare hands (and maybe a dirty rag) to position the glass. I had to clean it twice with glass cleaner just to see clearly. You can literally see marks from packaging material/tape on the outside of the glass indicating to me that they did not clean it at all. No drop cloths, no shoe covers, no final wipe-down—zero effort to leave the vehicle clean. For a service that costs hundreds of dollars, this is unacceptable. I expected a professional job, not a DIY mess. If this is how they treat a year old luxury car I would hate to see what they might do to a slightly more normal car. The glass itself is fine, and I got everything cleaned up, but that should not have been part of the experience at all. Also be aware that they charge a 3.99 pct fee if you dont pay cash. In this day and age I find that odd. (but I chose to pay the fee for convenience sake)

  They replaced my Palisade windshield quickly, the office lady was friendly, and I have had zero issues with my windshield. Highly recommend them!
