  I've rented from Budget in Lincoln's airport three times in the past year. Dave and his associates are always professional and efficient. The cars are clean, and road worthy. I will use Budget Again.

  Avoid at all costs. We were on a road trip and had car trouble an hour an a half away from this location. When it looked like our car was not going to be fixed anytime soon, we went online and reserved a car at this location, PAID, and then arranged a very expensive Lyft ride to get there. Hours later, when we were halfway there in the Lyft vehicle, the guy calls me and tells me there are no cars. I was shocked and trying to process what he said and asking him to clarify and he told me "What do you want me to say? I can't give you what I don't have!" and had the nerve to get annoyed at me! Then on top of it he said I myself had to call "corporate" and cancel it if I wanted my money back. That he couldn't do it. Wouldn't do it, is my guess. We got to the airport and talked to another rental company's employee and that person told us this happens all the time with Budget at this location. Never again in my life will I use Budget and I will tell everyone I can to not use them either. Not only is their website/reservation process garbage, their employees are too. Absolutely no human kindness or compassion for people who are literally stranded. Just an "Oh well too bad" attitude. Take your hard earned money elsewhere. Budget doesn't deserve it.

  Do not use this place! Prepaid for a car, confirmed via phone the day before that all was good then they stranded my wife and kids with no car because she didn’t have the card that was loaded in our Budget account. Never been an issue before. Been with Budget solely for 10 years after they helped me out in 2014 but several bad experiences lately, this one the worst. Moving on to a company that’s not imploding.

  Had a reservation with a confirmation number (and SECURED with a credit card). They gave me car away!!! As Seinfeld would say, "they know how to TAKE the reservation they just don't know how to HOLD the reservation!!!" Buyer beware!!!

  Like the others said. Zero stars if possible. I’ve been waiting 30 minutes and no one is at the counter. I’ve called three times. All the other car companies have their counters manned. Should have read the reviews. What a joke.
